The good thing is that.. we only present in front of 1 examiner and 8 other presenters.. Not bad! xD
Though, I felt ssssssoooooooooo nervous at first, never felt this nervous before. I was wondering that my skills are not as good as the others.. all my friends are so pro in their study also speech!! I felt so inferior... =(
BUT, during D-2 Day, I changed my mindset, "Devi, you are a professional speaker!!!! You sure can do it!!!" and also "Devi, for the sake of your listeners, tell them what they need to know about this disease." =)
btw, I'm doing Menopause... keep centering the audiences' attention by warning them, "u're going to get this FOR SURE!!"
And.... It turned out GREAT! I spoke confidently, I must admit I had my voice shaken a bit at first. and also I learned that some friends are also having difficulty to overcome nervous and public speaking. I wish i could give them support before they presented... some of them also are so fantastic! everyone was talking great bout them, wished could be there also to witness! =)
so relieved after the presentation! =)
here we go, posing!! =P
We've made it!!! Yeah!! =D
CONGRATS to all of us!! Cheers!! =)))
PS. Thank's to my housemate for selecting and lending all the outfits! Arigatou!! =) also for CIMP!! for letting me and all alumni gain more confidence in public speaking and slides arrangements full of creativity yet neat! =)))
